Registration and Payment
Submission of an online registration is regarded as a firm booking and acceptance of these terms and conditions, however order will not be confirmed until full payment has been received. To ensure admittance, full payment must be received within 3 working days from order. Payment after the event can incur in a € 250 administrative fee. We accept most major credit cards and bank transfers.
Fee does not include VAT. Individuals or organisations within EU member countries (except Italy) will not be charged 22% VAT given they can provide a currently valid VAT-ID. The VAT-ID can be submitted in the Company Details section during your registration. Participants from non-EU-countries will ONLY be exempt from Italian VAT if providing us with a certificate of their entrepreneurial status (i.e. scanned registration as company at the respective tax authority).
If you are unable to attend a “Ethics & Compliance Forum” event and would like to substitute the registration for another individual, please send an email at least 24 hrs in advance of the conference to email@example.com
Delegate cancellation must be submitted in writing, at least ONE month before event day, for a refund. To cancel, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Thereafter and up to ONE week before event day, delegate can defer the registration to the next event. Any cancellation received ONE week before event day or later, will receive no compensation but substitution will be possibile (please send an email at least 24 hrs in advance of the conference to email@example.com)
No liability is assumed by Accordo for changes in program date, content, speakers or venue. Accordo reserves the right to cancel any conference it deems necessary and will, in such unpredictable event, make a compensation of any registration fee, but will not be responsible for airfare, hotel or any other costs incurred by registrants.
The personal information supplied in connection with this booking will be held by Accordo as a record of attendees and parties expressing interest. By registering for this conference the parties concerned are agreeing that the conference organisers may use that personal information to contact the delegates about the event or other products and services which may be of interest to the delegates. Accordo may disclose personal information to selected partners of “Ethics & Compliance Forum” while protecting privacy and confidentiality of information entrusted to organisers. If you do not want your details to be used in this way, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Views expressed by speakers, sponsors and/or exhibitors are their own. Accordo cannot accept liability for any advice given, or views expressed, by any speaker, sponsor and/or exhibitor at the conference or in any material provided to delegates. In addition, Accordo shall not be responsible or liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of the services or information provided in connection with the event.
It is the responsibility of the delegate to arrange appropriate insurance cover in connection with their attendance at the conference. Accordo cannot be held liable for any loss, liability or damage to person or property.
Conference, Photos and Filming
For promotional purposes, photos and video recordings could be taken during the conference. Delegates who do not wish to be filmed or recorded should advise the organisers in writing prior to the event.
