Farzana is an admitted attorney and a certified fraud examiner focusing on anti-corruption and competition law compliance programs. Before joining Maersk Group, she worked at IBM, Aveng and PricewaterhouseCoopers. She has presented anti-corruption and ethics training in 20 countries, mostly in Africa and the Middle East.
Filippo is a Board Member of CSR Europe and represents Pirelli in UN Global Compact Lead and in World Business Council for Sustainable Development, sitting in several working groups addressing sustainable mobility programs. He entered Pirelli in 2008 to manage some of Group non-core activities while actively cooperating in company portfolio reshaping, covering current role since 2010.
Paola, working at world's largest supplier of industrial gases (after a similar role in Philips), deals with different legal issues and compliance (antitrust, GDPR, Italian Legislative Decree n.231/019). She is also member of Committee on Legal Affairs in Federchimica (Italian Federation of the Chemical Industry).
Zoi has a global role of overseeing the implementation of Volvo’s compliance policies in the areas of competition/anti-trust, anti-corruption, export control and data protection. In her role Zoi works closely with the CSR and Communications Performance Governance Board.
Roy is co-founder and was first President of SCCE. He is also CEO at Health Care Compliance Association and has been a regular speaker in the compliance profession for 20 years, speaking internationally for the United Nations. Roy has written for several international publications and has served as a source for many media reports, including Wall Street Journal, Forbes Magazine, Business Week and Financial Times.
Michele has driven high complexity projects in fields like change management, stakeholder engagement, change communications and internal communications and Human Resources. He regularly speaks and writes on the topic of Return on Reputation of communications activities and how these need to be managed to maximize impact.
Jessica is in charge of Compliance & Risk Management Team and starting April 2018 is responsible for Anti-Corruption policies. Her area of expertise includes Corporate Governance, Internal Audit, Anti Money Laundering and Compliance Enterprise Risk Management. Prior to joining Fastweb, Jessica worked as senior risk manager in CartaSi and internal auditor in RCS MediaGroup
Simon manages the reporting for Group Ethics and Compliance Officer to the Board, internal and external stakeholders. He has in-depth expertise in understanding and explaining the wide variety of information and metrics within and outside British Petroleum. Simon, prior to joining BP, worked travelling all over the world to conduct investigations into bribery, corruption and financial misconduct.
Yvonne is a U.S. qualified attorney with more than 20 years’ experience primarily as outside and in-house counsel focused on ABC, AML, international trade, internal investigations, data privacy, anti-boycott, due diligence and compliance programme development. Outside the U.S., Yvonne has lived and worked in Amsterdam, Dubai and Abu Dhabi, travelling extensively across Middle East, Africa and Asia.
After the university studies carried out at the University of London and at Imperial College, Nadia joined Olivetti in the HR Function. Her career developed at Sema, Schlumberger and finally Atos where she became HR VP for MED, ME, South America & Africa Region. In 2008 Nadia joined Sodexo Italy, where she is now HR Director for Italy and HR VP for the MED Region.
Sandro joined OSRAM after experiences at PPG and Kraft. In addition to his long-tenure HR role in Italy (now 22 years), has been appointed Compliance Officer for Benelux, France, Portugal, Spain and Italy (Cluster South West Europe: a total of 1.000 colleagues in 7 companies).
Roberto is in charge of Compliance and coordinates the worldwide activities. He is member of "OdV" of 3 Magneti Marelli italian legal entities and of Comité de Supervisión y cumplimientos for 2 Spanish companies. Magneti Marelli is an international Group with 44,000 employees, 86 production units, 14 R&D Centers, supplying all the most important car makers in the world.
Deborah as Head of Risk helps to enhance commercial decision-making and optimise group performance within acceptable levels of risk. Collinson manages over 20 million end customers and supports clients in 170 countries. Her role role brings together Infosec, Regulatory Insurance Risk Management, and group insurance procurement under an umbrella team.
Marianna has worked with clients helping them assess risks involved in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions, exposing mafia infiltration and sanction breaches, supporting in disputes, helping limit counterparty exposure and reputational liabilities, gathering evidence in corruption and internal fraud investigations.
