The “Ethics & Compliance Forum 2016” took place on 20th October 2016 at Hotel Principi di Piemonte in Turin.
During the event participants learned main steps to go beyond regulatory requirements and advance their company’s ethics and compliance programme globally, while building a strong and ethical culture.
As new regulations and enforcement agencies were established across Europe, particularly in Italy, France and Switzerland, participants learned practical steps to grow their programme like:
- How to create an effective ethics & compliance programme to establish strong legal defences
- Real world examples of companies who mitigated business risks by building an ethical workplace culture
- Practices for implementing the critical elements of a compliance programme, including code of conduct, whistleblowing hotlines, training and board reporting
In 2017 “Ethics & Compliance Forum” took place at Hotel Chateau Monfort in Milan.
